Deaconess Foundation is a private foundation in Greater Cleveland helping people impacted by poverty build careers that sustain themselves and their families. For their 2024 annual report, we highlighted the systems change being created by the hardworking nonprofits in Greater Cleveland’s workforce ecosystem. Noisy gradients, variable typography, and cause/effect diagrams all combine to show how small actions together create meaningful, widespread changes over time.
