On The Rise was chosen to represent Team USA at the 2025 Mondial du Pain, and it wasn’t just a big moment for the small Cleveland-based bakery—it was a big moment for American bread. They came to us with one request: help tell their story the right way, not with fanfare, but with honesty. So we set out to build a communication strategy that made OTR’s world-class moment feel true to who they are: humble, hardworking, and rooted in Cleveland Heights.

Outcomes

The campaign built awareness for Team USA and Mondial du Pain, but more importantly, it gave Cleveland—and the country—a reason to feel proud of what’s being baked right here at home.
